I started in the culinary industry in 2004. Throughout the years I’ve worked for a couple 5 star restaurants under some great chefs in the Cleveland area. Went on to Cleveland State and took a position as a chef in the culinary dept. During this time I learned some different techniques and methods of the trade and really how to run a kitchen overall as an Executive Chef. I came up with my own concept, unique style and flavor and Launched Tee Deez Kitchen in 2020 at the start of the pandemic.I was bored and just trying to stay active during the Covid Lockdown while laid off from Cleveland State.
I started selling my Famous Rice Bowls out of my home Posted pictures and videos on the internet and they were viewed and shared around the internet by So many People. I stayed consistent and dependable and earned a very Strong customer base that passed videos, pictures, and the word around from their positive experience. So from the house to the Commercial take out restaurant I’m here to serve you some great dishes and a flavorful food experience that will please your taste buds and have you coming back for more.
